Silverado is a private family investment corporation focused on real estate development, renewable energy generation and agriculture production. In the 1930’s, our family immigrated to California and settled in the Central Valley. Our family started farming almonds, walnuts, asparagus, stone fruit and wine grapes, and over time developed a diverse portfolio of real estate and renewable energy projects.
Our core businesses focus on three industry sectors; Agriculture, Real Estate and Renewable Energy. In real estate, we have developed single and multi-family housing, senior living, commercial and hospitality. In renewable energy, we began in carbon-credit trading. After the Kyoto Protocol was ratified, we were the first company listed on the United Nations website. Thereafter, we consult and develop global renewable energy projects in wind, solar and energy storage.
Silverado brings together world class teams of financing, entitlement and development experts. Our domestic and international projects have taught us to think differently and creatively. Collectively, this experience has allowed us to understand and navigate the complex and volatile cycles in real estate, energy and agriculture.
As an organization, our core values drive our business. We approach every project with our core values in mind, to deliver a uniquely crafted sustainable project that is right for each community.
